Terms and conditions for refunds and exchanges

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on https://valkyrieee.com and related services provided by Valkyrieee LLC.

1. Digital Products – No Refunds

All products sold on our website are digital goods and digital services, including software licenses, subscriptions, and access keys.

Due to the digital nature of our products and the fact that access is granted immediately after purchase, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, chargebacks, or reversals once the product has been delivered or accessed.

2. Waiver of Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

"Digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they lose their right of withdrawal."

By completing a purchase on our website, the customer:

  • Expressly consents to the immediate delivery of digital content
  • Acknowledges that they waive their right to withdraw from the contract
  • Accepts that refunds will not be issued

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate payment caused by a technical error on our side
  • Payment processed but access to the product was never delivered and the issue cannot be resolved

Any exception is evaluated at our sole discretion.

4. Chargebacks & Abuse

Initiating a chargeback or refund request without contacting support first, or after using the product, constitutes refund abuse and potential payment fraud.

We actively contest all unjustified chargebacks and may take legal action against fraudulent refund claims.

In cases of chargeback abuse, we may:

  • Permanently suspend the user account
  • Revoke access to all services
  • Provide evidence to payment processors and banks
  • Escalate cases to relevant authorities when abuse is detected
  • Pursue legal action for fraud and damages

5. Responsibility of the Customer

It is the customer's responsibility to:

  • Ensure system compatibility before purchase
  • Read product descriptions and requirements carefully
  • Contact support if technical issues occur

Lack of understanding, change of mind, or dissatisfaction after usage does not qualify for a refund.
