Our software automatically collects and stores the following user information:

• Discord username and Discord ID
• IP address
• Hardware ID (HWID) of your computer
• Purchase and transaction history
• Account activity and login timestamps

Any attempt to initiate a false refund claim for a significant amount will result in:

• Criminal charges being filed against you
• Civil lawsuits for damages and lost revenue
• All collected user data (Discord, IP, HWID) being provided to law enforcement and legal authorities
• Permanent ban from all Valkyrie services and future purchases
• Your information being shared with payment processors and anti-fraud databases
• Potential public disclosure of fraudulent activity to protect other businesses

We take fraud extremely seriously. If you have a legitimate issue with your purchase, always contact our support team first through Discord.

Our product is designed strictly for personal and educational purposes, allowing users to explore and understand various technologies in a controlled and responsible environment.

By using our product, customers agree that they will adhere to all applicable laws and guidelines set forth by the platforms they interact with. Any misuse, such as employing our product in unauthorized or unethical ways, is strictly against our terms of service and is solely the responsibility of the user.

We do not endorse, encourage, or condone any actions that could result in harm, disruption, or violation of third-party terms and conditions. Furthermore, we explicitly disclaim any liability for damages, losses, or consequences arising from the improper use of our product by customers.

Users are solely accountable for their actions and bear full responsibility for ensuring their use of our product complies with all applicable regulations and ethical standards.

When you purchase products from Valkyrieee.com, you agree NOT to:

• Share, distribute, or resell the products or any part of their design
• Upload files to file-sharing websites or public repositories
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or crack the software
• Remove or modify copyright notices or branding
• Purchase products on behalf of others (except through official resellers)

Sharing these files (for example, on file-sharing websites or elsewhere) is strictly forbidden. If you're caught sharing any files from Valkyrie or if you purchase an item for someone else's website, your account will be banned immediately, without warning or refund.

Exceptions apply only to official resellers and purchases made through authorized channels.

Users are strictly prohibited from sharing their account with third parties, as their digital key is bound to the Hardware ID (HWID) of their computer.

Doing so may result in:

• Immediate account suspension or permanent banning
• No refund or compensation
• Loss of all purchased products

It's important to note that the company assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen digital keys. You are responsible for securing your account credentials and product keys.

On regular occasions our products may be updated. Depending on the developer, the time this takes may vary.

During update periods:

• You are requested not to ask for any ETA as we sometimes cannot tell due to the nature of our digital products
• We will notify everyone using our Discord channel as well as the Status page
• It may be that the purchased product is not available for use

Compensation of subscription time depends on the management and the nature of the cause for the update. Each situation is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds are NOT available for digital products purchased on Valkyrieee.com. Because the items sold here are digital, when you buy something on Valkyrieee.com, you're giving up your right to cancel the purchase.

The following situations are NOT eligible for refunds:

• Account bans: If you receive a ban while using our software, this is your responsibility and no refund will be provided
• Hardware incompatibility not disclosed before purchase
• User error or misuse of the software
• Change of mind after purchase
• Third-party product interference (e.g., incompatible spoofers)

If there's a problem on our end, we might replace or refund your item, depending on what our staff decides. However, attempting to get a refund or initiate a chargeback without first trying to come to a solution with our support team will result in immediate cancellation of your digital product and you might get permanently banned from our software and services.

Any attempt to intercept, reverse-engineer, manipulate, decompile, or crack our software is strictly prohibited.

The service providers of this website are not liable for any user-generated content or accounts. Content shared here reflects the views of the author alone.

Registration restrictions:

• Registration on this site is not permitted for individuals associated with Anti-Cheat, Game Developing, or Publishing companies
• Users are required to use a personal email address
• The use of disposable or shared email addresses is not permitted

Account termination:

• Accounts may be restricted or terminated in response to any malicious behavior toward staff members
• Advertising other service providers by name, URL, or media is prohibited

Third-party products:

• The use of third-party products, such as spoofers, in conjunction with our products, is not endorsed
• Bans resulting from such combinations are non-negotiable and will not result in refunds

Important definitions:

• The term "Lifetime" pertains to the duration of the user's forum account, which may be terminated at the discretion of Valkyrieee staff members
• The issue tracking and support system is exclusively conducted in English
